Standard EIFS
Standard EIFS is classic EIF system. This system offers
the base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy
efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and
economical installation. Typically utilizes adhesive
attachment of EPS foam. The system can also be upgraded
to use heavier weights of mesh to allow for superior
impact resistance. Range of finish and color options
provide for nearly unlimited design creativity.
Optimum EIFS
Optimum EIFS is premium classic EIF system. Like
Standard EIFS, this system also offers the base level
of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light
weight, versatile design, and economical installation.
Optimum EIFS features a premium base coat and adhesive
and a premium finish. The use of these two components
allows Parex to back this system with an improved
warranty and ensure that your building maintains its
aesthetic appeal for a longer duration.
Standard Extra EIFS
Standard Extra EIFS is classic EIF system with a liquid
water-resistive barrier and air barrier. Like Standard
EIFS this system offers the base level of benefits
available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light weight,
versatile design, and economical installation.
Additionally, this system employs an extra layer of
moisture protection and energy savings by using a Parex
water-resistive barrier and air barrier. Installation
time is saved by using the Parex water-resistive
barrier as adhesive attachment for EPS foam. The system
can also be upgraded to use heavier weights of mesh to
allow for superior impact resistance. Range of finish
and color options provide for nearly unlimited design
creativity.
Standard WaterMaster LCR EIFS
Standard WaterMaster LCR is our base drainage EIF
system. Like Standard EIFS, this system offers the base
level of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency,
light weight, versatile design, and economical
installation. The EPS Foam is mechanically attached.
Along with these features Standard WaterMaster LCR
includes the use of a water-resistive barrier and
drainage for incidental moisture. These two features
deliver an improved level of moisture protection over
classic EIF systems. This is achieved through the use
of stucco wrap water resistive barriers which provides
both drainage and acts as a water-resistive barrier and
is mechanically attached.
Optimum WaterMaster LCR EIFS
Optimum WaterMaster LCR is our premium base drainage
EIF system. Like Standard WaterMaster EIFS, this system
offers the base level of benefits found in a classic
EIF system and the superior moisture protection found
in a base drainage system. However, Optimum WaterMaster
LCR EIFS makes use of a premium base coat &
adhesive as well as premium finish. The use of these
two components allows Parex to back this system with an
improved warranty and ensure that your building
maintains its aesthetic appeal for a longer
duration.
Standard WaterMaster EIFS
Standard WaterMaster is our premium drainage EIF
system. Like Standard EIFS, this system also offers the
base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy
efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and
economical installation. Like Standard WaterMaster LCR
this system provides water-resistive barrier and means
of drainage. This system is superior in that the
water-resistive barrier is liquid applied which means
less chance of rips and tears. This liquid applied
water-resistive barrier also acts as an air barrier
allowing for climate control systems to operate more
efficiently. Means of drainage is achieved through
vertical ribbons of adhesive providing a larger
drainage plane for incidental moisture.
Optimum WaterMaster EIFS
Optimum WaterMaster is our elite EIF system. Like the
Standard WaterMaster, Optimum WaterMaster has all the
benefits of the base level EIF system and premium
drainage system. However, Optimum WaterMaster EIFS
makes use of a premium base coat & adhesive as well
as premium finish. The use of these two components
allows Parex to back this system with an improved
warranty and ensure that your building maintains its
aesthetic appeal for a longer duration.
